Nigerian Afrobeat singer and songwriter, Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, has blasted the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), calling them irresponsible.
This is coming as a reaction to many controversies trailing the commissions reactions towards collations and other electoral processes across the country.
Adekunle in a tweet on Sunday said, “INEC is the most irresponsible organisation.”
In some parts of the country, INEC failed to mobilize men and resources to various Polling Units while voting didn’t take place in some places.
The height of the displeasure was the failure of the commission to upload the results from the various Polling Units as promised in the build-up to the election.
