The Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Enugu, was thrown into wild jubilation as members of staff trooped out en masse to welcome their Medical Director, Professor Monday Igwe, who was reappointed for a second term in office.
Prof Igwe was handed a second tenure by President Muhammadu Buhari, with effect from April 1, 2023.
Upon his arrival on Wednesday morning, he was welcomed by jubilant staff with melodic tunes provided by a highly skilled band team.
