The leadership crisis rocking the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has been laid to a final rest as the Supreme Court has put a final end of the reign of Ozo Victor Oye as the National Chairman of the party.
The apex court on Thursday, served the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, a copy of the judgement it delivered on March 24, 2021 indicating that Chief Edozie Njoku is the authentic national chairman of the party.
In the proof of service of Supreme Court to INEC of the judgement and enrollment order for SC/CV/687/2021 sighted by our correspondent, the apex court informed the electoral commission that the error and accidental slip in the judgment has been corrected.
“I forward herewith for your information and necessary action, the order under the hand of the Honourable, The Chief Justice of Nigeria/Presiding Judge and the seal of the court in respect of the above appeal.”
