…hails Oborevwori for his choice of Members
A very popular Journalist in Delta and most controversial, Comrade Akpovoke T. Otiti has challenged the Delta State Governor-elect Sheriff Oborevwori and his 88-man Transition Committee on good service delivery during the swearing in, come may 29th.
Otiti made the call in his goodwill message to the transition team, Immediately after the Inauguration of Oborevwori’s Transition Committee led by Prof. Emmanuel Nwanze at Unity hall, Asaba Government house.
He called on the incoming government not to listen to blackmailers but re-activate his godly mind and transform Delta to Dubai standard.
According to Otiti, “On behalf of Rt. Hon. Sheriff’ Oborevwori, the new Governor elect of Delta State and all Deltans, I welcome you all to this epoch-making occasion of the official inauguration of the Governor Elect Swearing in transition Committee members.
Sheriff is proud to be elected as the incoming Governor of Delta State and he is so committed to inaugurate it’s transition committee members because of the commendable foresight of Deltans in setting up this ingenious transition committee for his swearing in.
“Looking at the array of eminent dignitaries who have graced this auspicious event despite their tight schedules, I feel re-assured that we cannot despair of humanity. I join every well meaning person here to confirm that after the swearing in of Oborevwori Delta state will expand, one can see the list of frontiers of knowledge of service delivery for sustainable development.
Otiti lamented over the state of Delta and called on the team to be creative and set up a road map that would restore Delta to it’s glory as the capital of the South South States.
