The dream of the flying Eagles of Nigeria winning the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup has come to an end following a 1-0 defeat against South Korea on Sunday.
The Flying Eagles enjoyed the earlier exchanges but failed to make them count in the quarter-final clash.
The match ended 0-0 in the regular 90 minutes and was forced to go into extra time.
The South Koreans took the lead in the first 15 minutes of the extra time but the flying eagles failed to give a good account of themselves as they failed to make their chances count.
