Enugu State Government has suspended the ministry of Lands and Urban Development from issuing Certificates of Occupancy, Deeds and other lands instruments.
In a public service announcement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof Chidiebere Onyia the order takes effect from today, 21st June, 2023.
Onyia reminded the general public “that Certificates of Occupancy can only be validly signed by His Excellency the Governor of Enugu State in line with the provisions of the law.
“Please be guided accordingly.”
