The Member representing Igbo Eze North Constituency I in Enugu State House Of Assembly, Hon. Ejike Eze has congratulated the newly appointed Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla.
Rear Admiral Ogalla was appointed the Chief of Naval Staff by President Bola Tinubu on Monday alongside other service chiefs
