The Legislative Council of Udenu local government area of Enugu State, has passed a vote of confidence on the council chairman, Hon. Solomon Onah Izuchukwu.
The Legislative arm of the local government passed the vote after their meeting on Tuesday which culminated with a courtesy visit to the chairman in his office.
The Legislative Leader, Hon. Nnamdi Odo said the councillors reiterated their 100% confidence on their chairman and assured him that they’ll continue to support him.
Hon. Odo further stated that: “At a time the economy is bad and people are struggling, the Chairman has remained steadfast in delivering his promises to Udenu people.”
He thanked the Chairman for delivering on his campaign promises to the people of Udenu and especially, for his magnanimous support for the Councillors representing the 10 wards in the local government.
