Delta State Government, lead by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, has officially contracted an agreement with popular construction company, Julius Berger, for the construction of flyover bridges and roads in EFFURUN, near Warri, commercial hub of the state.
The signing ceremony took place at the State Government House in Asaba, the state capital.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Kingsley Emu, the Secretary to the State Government, Comrade Reuben Izeze, the Commissioner for Highway, and representatives from Julius Berger Nigeria Limited.
