The management of EUC homes Ltd led by by its CEO Hon Chief Uche Ben Odunzeh has announced it will take a massive measure in recovering all its encroached lands in Lagos State.
Speaking through its Press Secretary Hon Joshua Elekwachi, he lamented that all land grabbers and perpetrators should stay clear because it will be a massive movement the process code named “Operation Kitchen Sink” must be carried out swiftly to restore customers confidence in the real estate of which the Euc homes is a pioneer in the real estate industry.
“EUC homes Ltd in the past 10 years has purchased and acquired over 400 hectares in several locations in the state and a known force to reckon in the sector” he stressed.
Explaining the feats of the company he said “The company as a trendsetter being the originator of 15% commission for realtors and developing many choice estates in the Lekki corridor”.
The Project Manager Dr Muyiwa Adeyemo excited about the move, hailed the board of Directors and CEO Hon Chief Uche Ben Odunzeh who has contributed and empowered thousands of youths and entrepreneurs in the state of whom countless of them are also now real estate moguls.
Odunzeh called on the state Governor His Excellency Babajide Sanwo Olu to look into the issue of illegal land grabbing in the state and encouraged the customary landlords and host communities whom have been there since time immemorial and been gradually harassed daily by thugs and miscreants.
Equally, he beckoned on the Lagos state commissioner of police, Adegoke Fayoade to initiate measures to checkmate illegal grabbing of lands and curtail it saying if allowed is capable of throwing the state into uncertainty and avoidable crisis.
