As for passport holders of the countries listed above who plan on staying in Tajikistan for more than 14 days, the authorities stressed that they need to undergo the regular visa procedures and obtain the document in order to be permitted entry into the country.
It is important to note that citizens from the listed countries entering the Republic of Tajikistan for periods longer than 14 or 30 days for purposes such as work, study, permanent residency, or other non-touristic reasons must obtain the appropriate visa in advance.
In addition to the above-mentioned, Tajikistan has further simplified its visa acquisition process for citizens of 14 countries.
As a result, travelers from the Marshall Islands, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Sudan, Madagascar, Palestine, Haiti, Uganda, and Syria (for diplomatic, service, and business visas) now face fewer obstacles when applying for visas.
