Barely 24 hours after receiving the Labour Party (LP) Presidential standard-bearer, Peter Obi, separately, the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, and a Jigawa State former governor, Sule Lamido, have meet to discuss the proposals put before them by the Anambra State ex-governor.
As gathered, their discussion was to quickly weigh advantages and demerit of the proposals placed before them by Obi, who came third during the 2023 presidential election behind Atiku in the country.
The meeting behind closed-doors between both Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftains was held on Tuesday inside Atiku’s home in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja.
In a short message accompanied with pictures, the former Vice President disclosed that the discussion was fruitful as often whenever he meets the former governor.
According to him, “It is never a dull moment whenever the former governor of Jigawa State, Alhaji Sule Lamido, comes calling”.
