Days after indicating his readiness to probe his predecessor, Nyesom Wike, Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has addressed those questioning his decision to investigate the  administration, in which he had served as accountant general.

He said that he possesses records of all his actions as a civil servant.

During the inauguration of Egbeda internal roads on Tuesday, May 21, Fubara emphasized that his records demonstrate that all his actions in the last administration were based on proper approvals.

The governor said he was ready to answer queries, saying he took his time to document all his activities as a civil servant.

Governor Fubara had while swearing in Hon Dagogo Iboroma as the Attorney General of the State and Commissioner for Justice, told the  Commissioner to be prepared for what is ahead, as he will be overseeing the setting up of a panel of enquiry to probe the activities of Government within the last 8 years in the State.

The Governor said it had become obvious that the political crisis could no longer be resolved.
