The Federal Government has announced a new offer to the organised labour, increasing the amount from ₦60,000 to N62,000 as new national minimum wage.
The organised labour, on the other hand, has slashed their demand from ₦494,000 to ₦250,000.
Already the Tripartite Committee on New National Minimum Wage has adjourned as there was no consensus at the meeting.
The new offer of N62,000 according to reports was accepted by organised private sector.
