President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has continued to announce the appointment of heads of various government agencies and commissions.

According to statements released by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale the appointments include: Ms. Omolola Bridget Oloworaran as the new Director-General of the National Pension Commission (PenCom), Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo as the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

Others are: Mr. Saleh Abubakar as the new Director-General of the National Agency for the Great Green Wall (NAGGW), Mr. Jobson Ewalefoh as the new Director-General of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), Mr. Oluwaseun Faleye as the new Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) and Mr. Cornelius Oluwasegun Adebayo as the new Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA).

Giving a brief remark on their backgrounds, Chief Ngelale said “Ms. Oloworaran who will be heading PenCom is a finance and banking expert with many years of experience and her appointment is subject to the confirmation of the Nigerian Senate.

“Dr. Kogo who will head the CCT is a seasoned lawyer and analyst in the fields of law, security, economy, politics, and international diplomacy.

“Mr. Abubakar who will head the NAGGW is a highly experienced public administrator with decades of experience across several sectors.

“Mr. Ewalefoh who will head the ICRC is a professional with years of experience in government and development organizations, in addition to expertise in public-private partnerships, public policy reform and development. The appointment is subject to the confirmation of the Nigerian Senate.

“Mr. Faleye who will head NSITF is a legal and corporate finance specialist.

“Also appointed is Mrs. Mojisolaoluwa Kehinde Alli-Macaulay as the Executive Director (Operations) of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).

“Mrs. Alli-Macaulay is a former lawmaker and former Chairperson of the Lagos State House of Assembly Committee on Women Affairs, Poverty Alleviation, and Job Creation.”
