The Nigerian Youths for Atiku, a fervent support group for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, had boldly proclaimed that only divine intervention can thwart his quest for the presidency in the upcoming 2027 election.

Dare Dada, the group’s Director of Publicity, made this emphatic statement on Tuesday in Lagos, as excitement buzzed among supporters.

During a recent gathering in Ekiti State, the group convened with enthusiastic leaders from over 28 states, igniting a strategic movement aimed at securing victory for Atiku in the next election.

“Only God can halt Atiku’s ascent to the presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2027,” Mr. Dada declared.

Fueled by hope, Dada expressed confidence that Abubakar’s leadership would bring the governance Nigeria so desperately needs.

“The current APC-led government has woefully failed to alleviate the sufferings of the masses,” he lamented, underscoring the urgency for change.

With a rallying cry, he announced the forum’s intention to mobilize the youth en masse, urging them to rally behind Mr. Abubakar in 2027.

Shining a spotlight on Atiku’s virtues, Dada hailed him as a philanthropist of exceptional caliber.

“Beyond his political acumen, Atiku is a formidable entrepreneur and a generous employer of labor,” he said.

“Accruing wealth for electoral gain is insufficient; it is imperative that one’s influence resonates through consistent investment in human capital development.

Atiku’s commitment to this cause is clear, as evidenced by his legacy in fostering world-class technocrats during his vice presidency under Obasanjo.”

Reiterating the group’s aspirations, Dada called upon President Bola Tinubu to reassess policies that exacerbate the nation’s economic challenges. “Good governance hinges on heeding the pleas of the people. We must embrace their concerns and respond to their needs, rather than overlook pressing issues surrounding government spending,” he urged.

He further articulated that reforms such as the removal of oil subsidies and naira devaluation should have been executed with a sensitivity to the impact on the populace.

In a show of unwavering dedication, the group’s leadership, alongside other support factions, pledged their steadfast loyalty to Mr. Abubakar, asserting that he is poised to deliver a brighter future for Nigerians in 2027.
