One week after his trip to Paris, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is now preparing for a visit to the People’s Republic of China.

According to Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, details about the trip were shared at the Presidential Villa on Tuesday.

During a press conference, Ngelale announced that the engagement with China, scheduled for the first week of September, is part of the current administration’s efforts to improve the wellbeing of Nigerians.

In China, President Tinubu is expected to meet with President Xi Jinping, during which several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) will be signed.

Additionally, President Tinubu will hold discussions with ten Chief Executive Officers of companies in China across various sectors, including oil and gas, aluminum production, agriculture, and satellite technology.
