Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of Enugu State has received accolades for his exemplary management of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu, leading to the success of the recent congresses.
The PDP concluded its congress on Saturday, establishing the state party leadership and resulting in the election of Dr. Martin Chukwunwike as the State Party Chairman.
On Tuesday, Chief Aloysius Chidozie Ogbonna Jnr., the Igwe Elect of Ogugu Ntu-egbenese Ancient Kingdom in Awgu Local Government Area, congratulated the Governor and the new party leadership in a press statement. He noted that Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has once again demonstrated his capabilities as a strong leader.
Chief Ogbonna highlighted that Dr. Chukwunwike’s appointment is a significant move for the party, given his impressive leadership and governance experience. A proud son of Isuawa in Awgu Local Government Area, Dr. Chukwunwike has previously served as the Commissioner for Housing in Enugu State, where he made considerable reforms to the housing sector, attracting numerous investors and fostering community development.
