Renowned Nollywood actor Emmanuel France has passed away at the age of 80.

While the cause of his death remains unknown, filmmaker and colleague Femi Ogedengbe announced France’s passing on social media.

Ogedengbe shared cherished memories of their collaborations on films such as “Cross My Sin,” “She is My Sister,” and “The Director.”

He also reminisced about their time together in Tanzania in 2006. Born in Ghana, France was deeply respected for his kindness and humility.

He embodied the qualities of a true gentleman, showing respect to everyone he encountered.

One of his unfulfilled dreams was to produce a film titled “Ghana Must Go,” a project that held a special place in his heart.
