The conveners of the Frontier Discourse Annual Public Lecture Series, Pacesetter Frontier Magazine, are excited to announce the fourth edition, Frontier Discourse 4.0.
Scheduled for Wednesday, December 11, 2024, this annual event was launched in 2021 to bridge the gap between government officials and the public. It aims to foster more public-private sector platforms for dialogue, promote the exchange of developmental ideas, and contribute to an informed society by recognizing outstanding contributors to its progress.
To date, the initiative has engaged nearly 3,000 Nigerians and showcases a rich blend of History, Comedy, Poetry, and Cultural Exhibitions alongside the lecture.
In a statement signed by the Managing Editor of the Magazine, Daberechi Egbo, it was announced that this fourth edition will be entirely virtual.
“Frontier Discourse 4.0 will be different this year but bigger and better. In the past, we had hosted hybrid editions, giving room for physical and virtual participation.
āThis time, we will be having a 100% virtual session. Our topic for the edition bears on the African continent and our array of resource persons and audience will come from all countries in Africaā.
She explained that the modalities for the fourth edition, including the topic, speakers, registration and other details will be unveiled in the coming days.
The Frontier Discourse initiative has spurred robust discussions on inclusive peace, responsible governance, societal progress and development, gaining traction in the past three years as a major platform by Nigeriaās public-private sector leaders and political class, with three successful editions.
Delegates are captains of industries, spiritual leaders, traditional rulers, the political class, youth bodies, civil & non-governmental organizations, professional bodies, the formal sector, secondary school students, university undergraduates and honoured Nigerians.
