The minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Nyesom Wike has said that those calling for peace between him and the governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara aren’t looking at what the governor has done critically.
Wike said he successor crossed the line when he entered his family to remove a Chief and install another Chief few weeks to the Supreme Court judgement.
In a media chat on Wednesday, Wike said; The governor was misled, three weeks to Supreme Court Judgment, in my own family, my community, the governor came and removed my Chief and made another person in my own family the Chief because he was given the hope he’ll win in the Supreme Court.
“Me, a former governor, Minster of the FCT, the Governor has the temerity, audacity because they had money from Federation Account and IGR, you enter my own family to remove a Chief and make another person Chief, and you’re telling me if you’re ready for peace.
“Who are you? I’m not talking about local government, my own family, just because judicial merchants have told you you will win, they’ve collected your money.”
