A severe thunderstorm has tragically claimed the lives of three residents in the Obidi community of Agwa in Oguta Local Government Area, Imo State, following a brief rainfall on Tuesday evening.

According to a local source, who preferred to remain anonymous, the storm resulted in the immediate deaths of the three individuals, while four others were left in critical condition.
