The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced that it is on the lookout for four individuals linked to a fraudulent online trading scheme said to have been carried out via a platform called Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX).

The individuals sought are Seyi Oloyede, Emmanuel Uko, Adefowora Oluwanisola, and Adefowora Abiodun Olaonipekun, who are accused of involvement in a scam that has misled unsuspecting investors.

In a statement released by the EFCC, signed by its Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, it was noted that the wanted individuals are believed to have operated from various locations, with their last known addresses provided as follows:

– Seyi Oloyede: No. 166, Idimu Egbeda Road, Lagos State
– Emmanuel Uko: No. 166, Idimu Egbeda Road, Lagos State
– Adefowora Oluwanisola (37 years old): 13, Jimoh Odutola, Ogunpa, Ibadan, Oyo State
– Adefowora Abiodun Olaonipekun (44 years old): 13, Jimoh Odutola, Ogunpa, Ibadan, Oyo State

The commission is calling on anyone with information regarding their whereabouts to reach out to any of its offices located in Ibadan, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt, or Abuja. The EFCC highlighted the critical role of public cooperation in apprehending the suspects and urged citizens to report any pertinent information to the nearest police station or security agency.
