Eastwing Aviation Institute, in collaboration with its subsidiary Eastwing Youth Foundation, has announced the rescheduling of its much‑anticipated Southeast Aviation Competition and Summit – Face of Eastwing/Southeast Aviation Summit, the first of its kind in the region.
Originally planned for August, the two‑day event will now hold on September 19 and 20, 2025, at Tekknopolis Event Center, 41 Colliery Avenue, off Okpara GRA, Enugu.
The decision followed confirmation that the original dates coincided with the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Annual Conference, a major national event that many of Eastwing’s invited dignitaries, policymakers, and key stakeholders are expected to attend.
“To ensure that our guests, including federal aviation leaders, airline executives and all our partners, can fully participate in this pioneering summit, we made the strategic decision to shift the date,” said Christian Agadibe, Executive Director of Eastwing Youth Foundation.
The Southeast Aviation Summit aims to gather aviation professionals, investors, government officials, industry hopefuls, and young talents from across Nigeria. The two‑day program will feature keynote addresses and the grand finale of the Aviation Competition, an initiative designed to spotlight youth innovation and passion for aviation and hospitality.
Organizers assured that all existing registrations, sponsorship agreements, and media partnerships remain valid and will seamlessly roll over to the new dates. The extra time, they noted, will be used to enhance the attendee experience, fine‑tune logistics, and broaden the summit’s visibility both nationally and internationally.
Members of the public, industry stakeholders, and the media are urged to save the new dates – September 19 and 20, 2025 – and watch for further announcements on confirmed panellists, event schedules, and special guests.
