A prominent women leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Mrs. Uwaezu Ndukwo, popularly known as Nne Oha, has commended the former Governor of Abia State and Senator representing Abia North, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, for his tireless commitment to improving the lives of his constituents and strengthening the APC in the state.
In a press statement issued on Monday, Ndukwo described Kalu as a true detribalised leader whose representation has continued to deliver tangible dividends of democracy across communities in Abia North.
She pointed to road projects, rural electrification, boreholes, educational support, and empowerment programmes for women and youths as evidence of Kalu’s people-centered leadership.
“Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu is too busy delivering the dividends of democracy to his constituents. From infrastructure to empowerment, he has touched lives directly, and women in particular are proud of his inclusive style of leadership,” she said.
Ndukwo further noted that Kalu’s political strength and relevance in Abia remain unshaken, stressing that his 2027 ambition is “as sure as the sky.”
She urged the APC leadership to fully support Kalu’s determination to win the state for the party, insisting that no other figure has the capacity to achieve such a feat.
“He has the personality and razzmatazz needed by the people to win any election. He is the only politician that can stand for senatorial seat in any of the three senatorial zones in Abia State and win,” she added.
Reaffirming her stance, Ndukwo said Senator Kalu remains the most people-oriented leader Abia has produced, maintaining that no distractions would derail his mission to uplift lives through quality representation and effective governance.
