The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC), in line with the Enugu State Government’s Digital land transformation Programme, has released a comprehensive list of centres where property owners and allottees are expected to carry out their digital land documentation, revalidation, and identity creation.
The exercise, which is part of the state government’s digital land transformation programme, will run from September 15 to December 31, 2025, according to a public service announcement signed by the General Manager of the Corporation, Dr. Gerald Asogwa.
Dr. Asogwa explained that the initiative is aimed at modernising land administration in Enugu State, ensuring greater transparency, and providing security of ownership. “This exercise is a key step in aligning with global best practices. It will eliminate duplication, land racketeering, and documentation errors while protecting the rights of genuine landowners,” he said.
The designated centres for the exercise include the ESHDC Headquarters, No. 21 Kingsway Road, GRA Enugu; Palm Beach Estate, Obukpa Layout, Nsukka; Enugu South LGA Secretariat, Uwani; Enugu North LGA Secretariat, Enugu Municipal Complex; Enugu East LGA Secretariat, Nkwo Nike; International Conference Centre (ICC), Independence Layout, Enugu; Polo Shopping Mall, GRA Enugu; and the ESHDC Desk at Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu.
Other centres are located outside the state, including Abuja Desk Offices (Utako and Wuse 2), Anambra Desk Office at Awka, and Lagos Desk Office in Ikeja.
Dr. Asogwa urged all property owners to take advantage of the exercise within the stipulated timeframe. “We encourage allottees and property owners to comply promptly, as this initiative is designed to safeguard their investments and ensure proper digital documentation of their properties,” he stressed.
