President Bola Tinubu will return to Abuja on Tuesday, ending his annual vacation earlier than planned, the presidency has announced.
The President had departed Nigeria for France on September 4 for a working vacation, with an initial plan to split the holiday between France and the United Kingdom.
While in Paris last week, Tinubu held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace. Both leaders reviewed bilateral ties and pledged to strengthen cooperation in key areas to promote prosperity and global stability.
According to a statement by his spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, on Monday, the President is expected to resume official duties immediately upon his return to Abuja.
