The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) has announced an upward review of land prices in some of its major estates to reflect current market realities and the level of development within the affected areas.

In a public statement issued in Enugu, the Director of Marketing, Mr. Oko Anthony, said the decision became necessary following rising infrastructure costs and the increasing value of properties across the state’s housing projects.

According to the statement, the estates affected by the new pricing structure include Coal City Eastern Extension Alliance Estate, Unity Estate, and Dolphin Estate.

“This review has become necessary to reflect current market realities and the development progress within these estates,” Mr. Anthony explained.

The Corporation, however, advised all offerees who have already been issued Offer Letters at the old prices to complete their payments on or before Monday, 13th October, 2025. It warned that failure to meet the deadline would lead to the cancellation of previous offers, as payments made thereafter would be calculated based on the revised rates.

“All offerees are strongly advised to complete their payments on or before the specified date to retain their allocations,” the statement added.

ESHDC also called on all outstanding debtors across its various estates to settle their outstanding balances immediately to avoid paying at the new rates when the review takes effect.

The Corporation reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable housing delivery in Enugu State, assuring subscribers that the adjustments were in the best interest of both the Corporation and property owners.

For further inquiries and payment confirmation, the Corporation advised interested persons to visit the ESHDC Headquarters at No. 21 Kingsway Road, GRA, Enugu, or contact its marketing department via 07030183060 or 08034886364.

“We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all subscribers as we continue to deliver quality housing and well-planned estates for Enugu residents,” Mr. Anthony stated.
