The event, held at the Best Western Hotel Enugu, brought together industry leaders, regulators, fintech innovators, and business stakeholders to explore how innovation, collaboration, and compliance can accelerate growth and inclusion in the digital payments landscape.

With the theme “United Frontiers: Growth Powered by Innovation, Collaboration and Compliance,” the Enugu edition featured strategic sessions, live product showcases, and expert-led discussions designed to equip participants with practical insights for scaling operations and strengthening Nigeria’s digital finance ecosystem.

A major highlight of the event was a panel session on “Scaling Digital Payments: Tackling Infrastructure, Financial Proficiency, and Fraud for Inclusive Growth.”

The panelists dissected pressing challenges including infrastructure gaps, inadequate financial literacy, and increasing fraud incidents. They emphasized that building shared infrastructure, improving consumer education, and strengthening collaboration are key to sustaining trust in digital transactions.

Another thought-provoking moment came during a fireside chat themed “Collaboration as a Growth Multiplier: Unlocking Potentials Through Digitised Payments.” Industry experts discussed how stronger partnerships among banks, fintech firms, regulators, and merchants can drive innovation, expand market reach, and deepen financial inclusion.
