The Enugu State Government has launched a renewed call to jobseekers, graduates, and young entrepreneurs to take advantage of the Enugu Jobs Centre — a one-stop hub offering free access to jobs, digital skills, vocational training, and career support.

Located at No. 2a Market Garden Avenue, Ebeano Tunnel GRA, Enugu, the Centre provides a comprehensive suite of empowerment services, including job matching, digital literacy training, CV reviews, entrepreneurship guidance, and other workforce development programmes delivered in partnership with GIZ.

Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to building a modern, productive workforce, stressing that the Centre reflects his strategic vision for youth empowerment and economic expansion.

“No one in Enugu should be left behind in the new economy. Through the Enugu Jobs Centre, we are delivering on our promise to create jobs, empower youth, and build a future-ready workforce,”
— Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, Executive Governor, Enugu State.

Special Adviser on Digital Economy & MSMEs and Director-General of the Enugu SME Center, Arinze Chilo-Offiah, who signed the announcement, urged young people to seize this opportunity to improve their employability and entrepreneurial readiness.

He noted that all services at the Centre are completely free and designed to connect Ndi-Enugu to the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s competitive market.

The Centre is open for walk-ins Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Residents can also reach the office via 07036596085 or 08142590543, or register online through the official portal at www.enugujobs.ng or tinyurl.com/JOBSEEKERPROFILEFORM.

According to the Enugu SME Center, thousands of young people across the state are expected to benefit from the initiative as part of the state’s broader agenda to drive inclusive growth, digital transformation, and job creation.
