Arkey Limited, a fast-growing property development firm, has announced the appointment of Valentine Chinedu Okoye as its new Chief Executive Officer, describing the move as a major strategic milestone in its drive to expand access to wealth-building opportunities through real estate.

The company said the appointment signals the beginning of a new phase focused on guiding Nigerians toward financial abundance through high-value property investments and structured wealth-creation frameworks.

Announcing the development, Faith Anegechukwu Nnadi, Chief Operating Officer of Arkey Limited, said the company was positioning itself to redefine how Nigerians across income levels participate in the real estate market.

This appointment marks a strategic milestone for Arkey Limited as we formally launch our mission to lead Nigerians to financial abundance through high-value real estate investments and structured wealth creation,” Nnadi said.

She described Okoye as a seasoned real estate consultant with more than a decade of experience in the Nigerian property market, adding that his leadership would be central to the company’s inclusive growth strategy.

According to her, Arkey Limited plans to bridge existing economic gaps by creating accessible entry points into real estate for low- and middle-income earners, while also providing Nigerians in the diaspora with profitable investment opportunities supported by a rigorous due-diligence system.

Under Valentine Okoye’s leadership, the firm will also help high-net-worth individuals transition from financial freedom to true financial abundance by building real estate portfolios designed to guarantee higher returns and steady cash flow,” she said.

Nnadi noted that Arkey Limited’s entry into the sector is driven by a deliberate commitment to reposition real estate from what she described as “a static asset” into “a dynamic vessel for financial freedom and abundance.”

Vision for inclusive development

She explained that the company’s operations are anchored on five core values — Integrity, Innovation, Sustainability, Empowerment and Abundance — which guide its approach to property development, particularly in Nigeria’s South-East.

Our vision is to promote a more inclusive real estate model that delivers secure, wealth-generating opportunities and long-term stability for families, especially low-income earners,” Nnadi said.

As Chief Executive Officer, Okoye is expected to lead Arkey Limited’s expansion drive and oversee the rollout of flexible and convenient property acquisition schemes aimed at helping individuals move from basic ownership to lasting financial abundance.
