Congratulations have continued to pour in following the emergence of Hon. Uche Kelvin Edeh as the Enugu State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ward Development Program (RHWDP), with stakeholders describing the appointment as a major boost to grassroots development in the state.

In separate congratulatory messages, supporters, professionals and political stakeholders praised Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for what they described as his consistent commitment to merit, competence and youth inclusion in governance.

The Director-General of Enugu South Advocates for Inclusive Governance and former Leader of the Enugu South Legislative Council, Hon. Benjamin Nsude, expressed delight over Edeh’s emergence, describing the appointment as well deserved.

“It is with great joy that we celebrate the appointment of Hon. Uche Kelvin Edeh as the Enugu State Coordinator for the Renewed Hope Ward Development Program,” Nsude said.

He commended Governor Mbah for placing confidence in young, competent and visionary leaders, noting that the appointment once again underscored the administration’s development-driven approach.

“We express profound appreciation to the Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for his confidence in young, competent, and visionary leaders. This appointment once again proves the Governor’s unwavering commitment to building a development-driven administration anchored on merit and capacity,” he added.

Nsude further described Edeh, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Hookninjas Limited, as a leader whose background in technology and structured leadership would enhance grassroots governance.

“Hon. Uche Kelvin Edeh has consistently shown that innovation, intelligence, and structured leadership are tools for nation-building. His transition into this strategic public role marks a new chapter where technology-driven thinking meets grassroots governance,” he said.

He noted that ward development remains the cornerstone of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, expressing optimism that Enugu State would record measurable community-level impact.

Similarly, a United Kingdom-based pharmacist, Parm Chinyere Ugwu, described the appointment as a new dawn for ward development in Enugu State and applauded Governor Mbah for recognising capacity and excellence.

“I extend my warmest and most sincere congratulations to Hon. Uche Kelvin Edeh on his well-deserved appointment as the Enugu State Coordinator for the Renewed Hope Ward Development Program,” Ugwu said.

She added that the nomination by Governor Mbah reflected a deliberate commitment to competence, innovation and result-oriented leadership.

“This appointment represents a powerful fusion of private-sector excellence and public-sector responsibility, especially at the grassroots where development truly begins,” she said. “True leadership is measured not by title, but by impact, and Hon. Ugwu concluded by commending the governor’s foresight and dedication to inclusive development, noting that Enugu State was on the right path.

In another congratulatory message, Pastor Dr. Praise God Edeh, Director of Politics at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, also congratulated the newly appointed coordinator, describing the development as timely and strategic.

“It is with great joy that we celebrate the appointment of Hon. Uche Kelvin Edeh as the Enugu State Coordinator for the Renewed Hope Ward Development Program,” he said.

He praised Governor Mbah for trusting young leaders and reaffirmed that the appointment reflected the administration’s focus on merit and capacity.

Pastor Edeh further noted that ward development lies at the heart of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, adding that the appointment positions Enugu State for people-centred governance and measurable progress at the community level.
