The General Manager of the Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA), Hon. Monday Diamond Ani, alongside his mother, Prophetess (Mrs) Janet Ani, on New Year’s Day paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, at Owo, the governor’s country home.
The New Year Day visit was marked by gratitude and celebration, as Prophetess Janet Ani, in a joyous and emotional moment, expressed appreciation to Governor Mbah for considering her son worthy of what she described as a crucial and strategic appointment. She also offered prayers for the governor, asking for long life, an all-round successful administration and greater political heights in the country.
Hon. Diamond Ani, while thanking the governor for the confidence reposed in him, pledged to justify the appointment by making tangible and positive impact across the 583 communities of Enugu State through his office at the CSDA.
In his response, Governor Mbah assured the CSDA General Manager of his full and tremendous support, stressing that the agency would play a key role in driving massive grassroots, community and social development across the state.
The governor said the support for CSDA aligns with his administration’s “Tomorrow Is Here” ideology, which is anchored on disruptive transformation and people-centred development, particularly at the community level.
