Fidelity Advert

The All Progressives Congress (APC) e-registration exercise has been flagged off at Community Primary School, Ugwuaji, the country home of the member representing Enugu North/South Federal Constituency, Hon. Chimaobi Atu.

The event, which attracted party faithful from across the area, was attended by the local government chairman, deputy chairman, and other stakeholders, marking a significant boost for the party’s grassroots mobilisation efforts in the constituency.

Addressing supporters, Hon. Atu expressed appreciation to Governor Peter Mbah for what he described as “unmatched service delivery” across Enugu State. He urged Ndi Enugu to support the governor’s development initiatives—particularly the Smart Schools programme, ongoing road construction projects, and improved healthcare facilities—by registering as members of the APC.

“At this critical time, I call on Ndi Enugu to come out and register as members of the APC in order to support the Smart Schools, road constructions, and health centres being delivered by Governor Peter Mbah,” Atu said.

He also specifically appealed to residents of Ugwuaji to take advantage of the ongoing exercise and enlist in the party in large numbers.

In the same vein, the lawmaker called for sustained support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that while the challenges facing the nation are enormous, collective backing would enable the President to deliver on his mandate.

“The task before President Bola Tinubu is enormous, but with our support, he will comfortably steer the ship of Nigeria to safety,” Atu stated.

Speaking at the event, the Zonal Coordinator of the APC e-registration exercise for Enugu East Senatorial Zone, Uche Kelvin Edeh—who also serves as the Enugu State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ward Development Programme (RHWDP)—described the exercise as a vital step toward strengthening the party’s structure ahead of future political engagements.

According to Edeh, widespread participation in the registration drive would enhance the APC’s organisational capacity at the grassroots and position the party for greater electoral success.

He urged elected officials, political appointees, and party leaders—particularly members of the National Assembly, Enugu State House of Assembly, and local government chairmen—to return to their constituencies and lead by example by mobilising residents to register with the APC.

Edeh also commended the performance of Governor Mbah and President Tinubu, stressing that sustained development at both the state and federal levels depends on collective support through active membership of the APC.
