President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently holding a closed-door meeting with Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The ongoing engagement was disclosed on Thursday evening by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga.
According to Onanuga, the discussion between President Tinubu and Governor Makinde is taking place behind closed doors, with no details yet released on the agenda or issues under consideration.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is in a closed-door discussion with Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde at the Presidential Villa, Abuja,” Onanuga said.
The meeting has attracted political attention, coming amid heightened national discourse, particularly given Governor Makinde’s status as a key figure in the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
