Former Abia State Governor and Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Orji Uzor Kalu, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 74th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose courage and commitment continue to shape Nigeria’s progress.
