The Super Eagles of Nigeria will on Friday show the world how battle ready they are to compete for the 2018 world cup as they will be facing Poland in an international friendly match.

The Super Eagles players started arriving camp since Monday and have been training intensively since Wednesday.

According to the Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr, the team will be making use of its best players available to ensure the super eagles defeats their counterpart.

Although there are clear indications that the Super Eagle’s midfield maeatro, Mikel Obi will be absent in the game as he has been trying to renew his work permit. But the players are still confident of coming out victorious in the game.One of the team’s finest, Ogenyi Onazi was quoted saying “Yes, we are doing well and everyone is happy to be back again to represent our dear country and the spirit here is very high,” Onazi was quoted by AOIFootball.

“The training has been going on well and come Friday night we will be ready to take to the pitch.

“We all know our captain will be missing from the game, but I’m confident the rest of us here can hold our own and give Poland a good game. Hopefully, we will win for him.”

The match is scheduled to hold on Friday, March 23, 2018 by 08:45pm GMT +1 at the municipal stadium, Wroclaw.
