Agbaja Youth General Assembly (AYGA)is an amalgam of various youth organizations of from Agbaja area of Enugu State that are found in the present Day Udi and Ezeagu LGAs of the state.
The youth Assembly is an umbrella body for youths of Agbaja to come together and chant for a way forward of the youths of the area.
AYGA Is a socio-political organization aimed at building the youths to take over future leadership positions.
Just like Mary McLeod Bethune said, “We have a powerful potential in our youth, and we must have the courage to change old ideas and practices so that we may direct their power toward good ends”.
AYGA is out to enable the youths reach their potential and get well equipped for the task ahead.
Agbaja Youths General Assembly is on the know of the “indisputable” roles played by the youths in shaping the polity of a people that are “invaluable”.
The youths of any nation hold the keys to their posterity thus the doors of such posterity can only be opened when youths are successfully and patriotically engaged in the decision making of choosing her Leaders.
In the light of the above, “Agbaja Youth Summit” is not only TIMELY, it is a judicious event and FIRST OF ITS KIND in the political History of Agbaja Youths. It’s thoughtfully planned and well packaged to unleash the potentials of the distinguished youths of Agbaja in Enugu state and beyond.
Since we have understood that the future of our nation lies greatly in the hands of the youths, It would be an unforgivable sin not to train them to be patriotic and selfless in the cherished services to our nation.
As a result of this, our Noble Leaders have called it a duty that will not just be done, but will be done excellently to guide our footsteps. Using their wealth of experiences to show the well deserved paradigmatic shift in governance which would incorporate the youths as decision makers and future leaders.
