Following the declaration of the result of the election as inconclusive,
INEC has fisxed a date for the rerun as well as making known te affected area.
According to the commission, the election will take place in the following areas;
Orolu – 2 Units
Ife South – 1 Unit
Ife North – 1 Unit
Osogbo – 1 Unit
As announced by the Commission, Osun State rerun will hold on Thursday 27th September, 2018 in the affected areas.
Recall that there was a 353 difference in the winning margin between the PDP and APC while there was 3,498 votes that was cancelled in the 4 units.
