The Federal High Court in Osogbo, Osun State, will hear the suit on the certificate of President Muhammad Buhari on November 26.

The case was instituted by a lawyer, KanmiAjibola who alleged that Buhari was not fit to hold the position of the president of Nigeria because he did not possess school certificate.

Ajibola also alleged Buhari presented a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission when he contested in the 2015 presidential election.

The counsel to Buhari, Solomon Ogunlowo filed a notice of preliminary objections.

But the counsel to Ajibola, Samuel Echeonwu, told the court that Buhari’s lawyer did not serve him the process for the preliminary objections.

Ogunlowo promised to serve Ajibola’s lawyer the notice of preliminary objections before next adjournment.

Justice Maurine Onyetenu fixed November 26 for the continuation of the case.
