The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has stated that the scheduled supplementary election scheduled to take place in Rivers State will go on as earlier stipulated.
The electoral umpire made this known today via a press release signed by Mr. Festus Okoye, the commission’s Director of information.
INEC met today, the 4th of April, 2019 to review the conduct of the just concluded Rivers State collation exercise and also set up a committee to review the lock jam in Imo North Senatorial district.
