The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has on Tuesday approved 160 as this year’s national minimum cut-off mark for candidates seeking admissions into public universities in the country, THE NATION reports.

The board at the 19th policy meeting on Admission to Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria held at the Bola Babalakin Auditorium in Osun state also announced 140 as minimum score for admission into private Universities.

120UTME score was pegged for admission into public polytechnics and 110 for private polytechnics.
