The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has unanimously ruled in favour of the 2nd Respondent, President Muhammadu Buhari on the Motion filled by his legal team, led by Chief Wole Olanipekun, seeking leave of Court to make Amendments to its Suit.
The Second Ruling is on the Application filled by the PDP and Atiku/Obi, seeking leave of court to inspect INEC Central Servers and other electoral materials. In his ruling on the prayer, the tribunal led by Justice Mohammed Garba refused the application of the PDP and Atiku to inspect INEC server.
The judge based his ruling on the submission of the elector umpire that such site doesn’t exist.
