A federal high court sitting in Lagos on Monday issued a bench warrant for the arrest and production in court of CEO of Innosson Nigeria Ltd, Innocent Chukwuma and two others.
Justice Ayokunle Faji gave the order over the failure of the trio to appear before the court over fraud allegations.
