Protesting members of IMN

The members of Islamic Movement of Nigeria, IMN, also known as Shi’ites today continued their 3-days long protest in the streets of Abuja.

The protesters started today’s protest from Wuse Market, to Berger Junction.

Today’s protest haven’t recorded any clash with security agencies as was the case in their protest on Monday and Tuesday this week.

The members of the Islamic group are protesting the continued detention of their spiritual leader, Ibrahim El-ZakZaky who has been in confinement since 2015.

Members of the public are advised to trade with caution while plying the areas the group are staging the protest.
