The member representing Ijebu Central Federal Constituency of Ogun State, Korede Osunsanya, of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has been sacked by the National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
The Tribunal declared the return of Osunsanya in the February election as premature and thereby declared the election inconclusive.
The Tribunal has, however, ordered a rerun in three areas within 90 days.
