The Inspector General of Police, IGP Mohammed Abubakar Adamu has commended the National Coordinator of Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV) SP Ebere Amaraizu and his team over the successful national flag-off of the Campaign which recently took place in Enugu.

IGP Adamu pointed out that his administration will leave no stone unturned towards ensuring that the campaign is deployed in all states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory.

The Police boss made the commendation and assurance on Thursday, September 10, in his office at the Force Headquarters of the Nigeria Police Force(Louis Edet House), Abuja when he received the POCACOV National Coordinator Amaraizu and his team.

Earlier in his speech, Amaraizu had informed the Police boss that he was in his office with team to thank the latter for giving him the opportunity to serve in the capacity of coordinating the initiative.

The National Coordinator of POCACOV SP Ebere Amaraizu and his team which includes Nollywood veteran actor, Nkem Owoh, popularly known as Osuofia who is the POCACOV ambassador, Kemi Okenyodo, the national team lead of the Nigeria Policing Programme of the British council and team, chairman local organizing committee of the national flag-off Solomon Akpanufot with Kyrian Igwe, the administrative officer POCACOV were well received by the inspector general of police and the force management team.
