The National Coordinator Of Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices, POCACOV, SP Ebere Amaraizu has congratulated the Chairman of the Nigeria National League Hon Ofo Chidi Okenwa for a successful NNL Super 4 tournament which ended successfully in Enugu on 15th September, 2019.
Recall that, four teams (Akwa Starlets, Adamawa United, Warri Wolves and Jigawa Golden Stars) competed in the 2019/20 Super Cup for a slot in Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
Akwa Starlets emerged the Champions of the 2018/19 Nigeria National League (NNL) after 2-0 trashing of Adamawa in the final game of the Super 4 Playoff at the Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium.
Acording to POCACOV National Coordinator; “POCACOV will keep partnering league bodies in the country towards ensuring a full scale Campaign that will help to address incidences of associated violence in our various stadia.
He also commended the NNL boss and his board for a good organization of the tournament.
