The Enugu state police command has reacted to the three storey building that collapsed in the state.
In a statement by the command’s PRO, SP Ebere Amarizu, the incident on occurred on the 1/10/19.
The statement reads;
“A three storey building along upper meniru in Enugu south local government Area of Enugu state was on 1/10/19 said to have collapsed leaving one person identified as one Peter Simon injured.
“He was subsequently rushed to a nearby hospital where he is receiving treatment.
“However, no other person was reported injured nor death in the three storey building collapse which occurred at about 3pm.
“It was further gathered that the said three storey building is under construction.
“Meanwhile, probe into the circumstances surrounding the cause of the incident is being conducted”.
