Abia State Governor, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, PhD, is intensifying his efforts to rid the state of debris and make the environment habitable.
In the light of that, the Governor has approved the appointment of ‘waste Managers’ to man the major cities in the state.
Their appointment was contained in a special government announcement on the 5th of October, 2019 signed by Chief John Okiyi Kalu, the Honorable Commisioner for Information, Abia State.
